At Universal Stitch, each item is handmade with care and produced in small batches. Because of the nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and limited-run nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:

    •    Your order number

    •    Photos of the issue

    •    A brief description of the problem

We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production and shipment may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
